Results
How you receive your results
Askabide reports are normally sent by email once they have been reviewed and validated. Before your test, confirm with the centre which email address you want to use for delivery.

Processing and validation
Turnaround depends on the test. Repeats, confirmation or referral may extend the time.

Report sent by email
Once validated, the report is sent by email using the delivery details agreed with the centre.

If it has not arrived
Check your spam/junk folder. If it is still missing, contact the centre by phone or WhatsApp to check the status.
Important
WhatsApp is for administrative information and appointments. Do not send clinical reports, identity documents, intimate images or genetic results through WhatsApp. If your delivery email must change, tell the centre before the report is issued.
