This site provides general information about laboratory tests, preparation, technologies, pathways, possible results and limitations. It does not replace history taking, examination, diagnosis, prescription or individual interpretation by a professional.
Displayed intervals are indicative. The valid range for a particular result is the one printed on the issued report, because it depends on method, instrument, reagents, units and personal characteristics.
4. Proper use
Users must use the site lawfully and must not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate others, reuse clinical content out of context or treat WhatsApp/email as emergency channels. For serious symptoms or emergencies call 112 or attend the appropriate service.

Before testing, Askabide will confirm price, preparation, centre, specimen, estimated timing, prescription or consent requirements and, where relevant, the partner laboratory. Timing may change because of pre-analytical issues, controls, repeat testing, dilution or confirmation.
6. Intellectual and industrial property
Texts, structure, visual identity, own images, databases and code are protected. Reproduction, systematic extraction, transformation or commercial exploitation is not permitted without written authorisation or a legal exception. Third-party marks and materials remain their owners’ property.
